Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage

Alpine Custom Bowstrings provides a one-year warranty against manufacturer defects only. Covered issues include serving separation, peep rotation, and creep.

Affected components must be returned by the customer for inspection. Inbound shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the component will be replaced at no charge, and return shipping will be covered by Alpine Custom Bowstrings.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty Does Not cover damage resulting from improper installation, physical damage, dry fire, misuse, environmental exposure (excessive heat) or normal wear and tear.
All sales are final, incorrect bow information submitted will not be covered.

Proper String Care

Wax only exposed string fibers, not serving, and avoid over-waxing. Keep bows out of extreme heat. Inspect strings regularly and address any signs of wear promptly to maintain performance and longevity.
